Even with home prices beginning to trend downwards, Americans have a tremendous amount of equity in their properties. 📉
CAR recently reported that California homes could go down by as much as 8.8% in 2023. In
order to do away with the growth California real estate has seen since just 2016, prices would need drop by nearly 10% for the next 7 consecutive years.
