When you put your head down and do the work in order to serve the client, it doesn’t matter whether it’s an up market or down market. ??

My goal with our team is to acknowledge the changes in the economy but to focus our daily actions on what we can control. 

How many people can you connect with, how many conversations can you have, how many messages can you send, what kind of impact can you make.
