The Best Food in University Heights ??
For such a small neighborhood, some of San Diego’s best food is in University Heights.
My favorite spot is Stella Jeans Ice Cream.
The go to order is a double scoop split with milk & cookies, s’mores, Ube and my 4th is always one of their rotating flavors.
