As much as we might want to believe that we can be a one man band, any agent would tell you that having a professional on the other side of the transaction is what can make or break the experience for a client. 

Earlier this year we closed a wonderful escrow with one of colleagues Luis and I am also hoping to work with pros like him. 

Here are 3 reasons why good working relationships are so important in the real estate industry.
