?Escrow is when a neutral third party holds onto something of value during the transaction. ???

For example, when you get your offer accepted on a home, you will be asked to wire the earnest money deposit to escrow. ???

All that means is that the cash isn’t going directly to the seller but instead is being held by a third party until you and the seller negotiate and close the deal. ???
